GET TO KNOW ME
Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel? In 1998, after graduating from Columbia University School of Social Work, I worked as a Primary Therapist at Four Winds Psychiatric Hospital Katonah, New York providing clinical services to patients and families, including psychotherapy, family assessment, crisis intervention and psychoeducation — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.
In 2002, I became licensed in Palm Beach, Florida where my private psychotherapy provided specialty clinical counseling in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Divorce Adjustment, Work-Life Stress, Grief Counseling and Marital and Couples Counseling.
I have practiced in Rhode Island since 2015, including three years with Karen Gieseke and Associates. in 2020 I received my license to practice in New York. My modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, play therapy, and Brainspotting.
