Please complete registration paperwork on website prior to first session. Cancelled sessions will be charged at full rate unless notification is received at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, without 24 hours notification, will be charged $50.
